The Competition...
This year there will be two competitions! One for aspiring (amateur) bar chefs and one for professionals. The requirements for each are as follows:
Amateur - open to anyone who wishes to participate who is not, nor has any immediate family member(s) involved in the bevarage industry in any way. Involvement includes employment with or ownership in a beverage manufacturer, distributor, bar or restuarant, beverage public relations and/or advertising company.
Professional - open to anyone currently working in the beverage industry in any capacity.
